Detailed menu of the Japanese diet for 14 days

During the two-week diet we need:

  • good coffee (we will drink a lot and often, so it was better if it was just very good, good quality coffee beans);
  • beef;
  • chicken eggs;
  • tomato juice or some fresh tomatoes;
  • White cabbage;
  • vegetable oil (preferably using olive oil or linseed oil);
  • any (favorite) fruit;
  • sea fish (trout, chum salmon, halibut, coho salmon);
  • carrot;
  • biscuits, bread (rye);
  • kefir (it is better not to choose low-fat kefir).

One day

  • We drink freshly brewed coffee in the morning (not sweet). Before drinking coffee, drink a glass of warm water to prepare your stomach for breakfast.
  • coffee for the Japanese diet
  • For lunch, make a light cabbage salad with butter. Such a salad helps cleanse the body (pure fiber), and olive oil allows the skin to stay young and beautiful (this is especially important during a diet). For lunch we drink a glass of tomato juice or eat a tomato.
  • Dinner will be modest but satisfying. Take any fish, bring to a boil or bake in the oven without salt.

2 days

  • For breakfast, we drink coffee again without milk and allow ourselves to eat a slice of bread (rye). Don’t forget a glass of warm water before breakfast.
  • At lunchtime, we repeat our yesterday’s dinner menu - fried or cooked fish without salt.
  • We cook beef in the evening. It is advisable to cook the meat or cook it without salt. Wash our dinner with kefir.

3 days

  • A traditional morning is accompanied by unsweetened coffee with biscuits or croutons. Remember that croutons and biscuits are exactly one piece, not a whole kilogram!
  • At lunchtime, we cook ourselves a delicious and unusually healthy zucchini. It can be fried in a small oil (sliced or cut in half) or in a foil.
  • vegetable marrow for the Japanese diet
  • We are waiting for you with a truly royal dinner today! Hard boiled eggs (2 pieces). We also cook beef and eat it with cabbage salad.

4 days

  • After yesterday's feast, we only get coarse coffee in the morning. No biscuits and rusks.
  • Lunch also seems small - a hard boiled egg with 3 carrot butter. The only pleasure of lunch is cheese! But only 200 grams.
  • But real happiness awaits us for dinner - fruit! True, you can only decorate your table on this day with 200 grams of apples, oranges or pears.

5 days

  • If you are madly bored of your morning coffee, today is your day! We have breakfast with grated raw carrots, seasoned with lemon juice (you can only squeeze the juice of half a lemon).
  • For lunch, we have the usual cooked or fried sea fish (about 400 grams) and a glass of tomato juice, which can be replaced with fresh tomatoes.
  • If you have left fruit from yesterday, that's very good! Today we meet again for dinner with various fruits.
